By requesting a quote, making a booking, using our website or travelling with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Definitions

“Customer” refers to any individual, company or organisation making a booking or using our services.

“Passenger” refers to any person travelling in a vehicle operated by or on behalf of Blackstone Executive Transfers.

“Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation for transport services.

“Journey” refers to the transport service provided.

Our Services

Blackstone Executive Transfers provides:

  • Corporate Travel

  • Wedding Chauffeur Services

  • Executive Travel

  • Special Occasion Transport

  • Long Distance Chauffeur Services

Services are subject to vehicle availability, operational requirements and acceptance by the Company.

Bookings

Bookings may be made through:

  • Website enquiry forms

  • Telephone

  • Email

  • WhatsApp

  • Corporate account arrangements

A booking is not confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Blackstone Executive Transfers.

The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.

Quotations

All quotations are provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry.

Quoted prices may be subject to change if:

  • Journey details change

  • Additional waiting time is required

  • Additional stops are added

  • Vehicle requirements change

  • Incorrect information has been supplied

Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Debit Card

  • Credit Card

  • Corporate Account Billing

  • Other agreed payment methods

The Company reserves the right to request full or partial payment in advance.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Corporate Accounts

Corporate account facilities may be offered subject to approval.

Corporate account holders agree to:

  • Pay invoices within the agreed payment period

  • Provide accurate company information

  • Notify the Company of any changes to authorised users

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate corporate accounts where payment terms are not met.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must:

  • Behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and staff

  • Wear seat belts where legally required

  • Avoid causing damage to the vehicle

  • Follow all reasonable instructions provided by the chauffeur

Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

The Company accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items.

Alcohol, Drugs & Unacceptable Behaviour

The Company reserves the right to refuse travel or terminate a journey where passengers:

  • Appear excessively intoxicated

  • Use illegal substances

  • Display threatening behaviour

  • Become abusive towards staff

  • Cause damage to vehicles

  • Create safety concerns

In such circumstances, no refund shall be due.

Vehicle Damage

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by themselves or members of their party.

The Company reserves the right to recover repair, cleaning and associated costs.

Professional cleaning charges may apply where vehicles are excessively soiled.

Waiting Time

Airport Collections

Where flight details are provided, reasonable waiting time may be included.

Additional waiting time may be charged where delays occur beyond the included allowance.

Other Collections

Additional waiting charges may apply where passengers are not ready at the agreed collection time.

Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.

Flight Monitoring

Where flight information is supplied, Blackstone Executive Transfers will monitor flight arrivals and departures.

The Company will make reasonable efforts to adjust collection times in response to delays.

The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by airlines, airports, immigration procedures, baggage delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Routes & Journey Times

Journey times provided are estimates only.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures

  • Weather conditions

  • Accidents

  • Police activity

  • Public events

  • Mechanical incidents beyond reasonable control

  • Force majeure events

The Company will take reasonable steps to minimise delays wherever possible.

Children & Child Seats

Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times.

Child seats may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.

Customers are encouraged to discuss child seat requirements before travel.

Luggage

Passengers must provide accurate luggage information when booking.

The Company reserves the right to refuse luggage that:

  • Exceeds vehicle capacity

  • Presents safety concerns

  • Has not been declared where required

Passengers remain responsible for all personal belongings.

Special Requests

The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests.

However, special requests cannot always be guaranteed and do not form part of the contract unless expressly confirmed.

Wedding Bookings

Wedding bookings may require:

  • Additional planning

  • Vehicle preparation

  • Reserved time allocation

  • Special cancellation terms

Specific wedding arrangements will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

  • Extreme weather

  • Natural disasters

  • Road closures

  • Civil unrest

  • Industrial action

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemics

  • Terrorist incidents

  • Other unforeseen events

Limitation Of Liability

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the booking.

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect losses

  • Loss of profits

  • Missed flights

  • Missed appointments

  • Missed business opportunities

  • Consequential losses

Customers are encouraged to allow appropriate travel time for important appointments and flights.
