These planned services will be subject to licensed driver and vehicle availability once our operator service is active.
Our planned service focuses on Surrey, Sussex and London. Longer journeys to other UK destinations may also be considered by prior arrangement, subject to availability and confirmation once our operator service is licensed and active.
We are not currently accepting private hire bookings. Once the operator service is licensed and active, journeys at different times of the day may be considered by prior arrangement, subject to licensed driver and vehicle availability. A 24-hour service is not currently guaranteed.
One-way and return journeys are part of our planned private hire services. Once the operator service is licensed and active, these may be requested in advance, subject to availability and written confirmation.
We are not currently taking or confirming private hire journey bookings. Once the operator service is licensed and active, customers will be able to request journeys in advance. All bookings will require an availability check and written confirmation.
Our planned airport transfer destinations include Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and Southampton airports. Future journeys will be subject to licensed driver and vehicle availability.
Flight monitoring is a planned feature of our airport transfer service. Where offered, valid flight information may be used to help coordinate collection arrangements once our operator service is licensed and active.
Once our operator service is licensed and active, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust agreed collection arrangements where flight monitoring is offered and valid flight information has been provided. Any additional waiting time or parking charges will be explained under the agreed booking terms.
Airport collections are part of our planned private hire service. Once licensed and active, collection points, terminal details and journey arrangements will be confirmed in advance for accepted bookings.
Meet and greet is a planned service option that may be available for future airport journeys. Any applicable arrangements and additional charges will be agreed and confirmed before a booking is accepted.
Once our operator service is licensed and active, we recommend requesting airport journeys as early as reasonably possible. All requests will remain subject to licensed vehicle and driver availability, and a booking will only be confirmed in writing.

Corporate account facilities are planned for eligible businesses once our operator service is licensed and active. Accounts will be subject to approval, with payment and invoicing arrangements agreed in advance. Each individual journey will require a separate request, availability check and written confirmation.

No. Smoking is not permitted in private hire vehicles. Passengers will be expected to comply with applicable UK smoke-free legislation and relevant vehicle rules.
