A booking is not confirmed until confirmation has been provided by Blackstone Executive Transfers.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any booking at its discretion.
All quotations are provided based on information supplied at the time of enquiry.
Quoted prices may be subject to change if:
Journey details change
Additional waiting time is required
Additional stops are added
Vehicle requirements change
Incorrect information has been supplied
Quotes remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

The Company reserves the right to request full or partial payment in advance.
Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

Notify the Company of any changes to authorised users
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate corporate accounts where payment terms are not met.
Passengers must:
Behave respectfully towards chauffeurs and staff
Wear seat belts where legally required
Avoid causing damage to the vehicle
Follow all reasonable instructions provided by the chauffeur
Passengers remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
The Company accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items.
The Company reserves the right to refuse travel or terminate a journey where passengers:
Appear excessively intoxicated
Use illegal substances
Display threatening behaviour
Become abusive towards staff
Cause damage to vehicles
Create safety concerns
In such circumstances, no refund shall be due.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by themselves or members of their party.
The Company reserves the right to recover repair, cleaning and associated costs.
Professional cleaning charges may apply where vehicles are excessively soiled.
Where flight details are provided, reasonable waiting time may be included.
Additional waiting time may be charged where delays occur beyond the included allowance.
Additional waiting charges may apply where passengers are not ready at the agreed collection time.
Any additional charges will be communicated where reasonably possible.
Where flight information is supplied, Blackstone Executive Transfers will monitor flight arrivals and departures.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to adjust collection times in response to delays.
The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by airlines, airports, immigration procedures, baggage delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Journey times provided are estimates only.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by:
Traffic congestion
Road closures
Weather conditions
Accidents
Police activity
Public events
Mechanical incidents beyond reasonable control
Force majeure events
The Company will take reasonable steps to minimise delays wherever possible.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring children are supervised at all times.
Child seats may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed unless specifically confirmed.
Customers are encouraged to discuss child seat requirements before travel.
Passengers must provide accurate luggage information when booking.
The Company reserves the right to refuse luggage that:
Exceeds vehicle capacity
Presents safety concerns
Has not been declared where required
Passengers remain responsible for all personal belongings.
The Company will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests.
However, special requests cannot always be guaranteed and do not form part of the contract unless expressly confirmed.
Wedding bookings may require:
Additional planning
Vehicle preparation
Reserved time allocation
Special cancellation terms
Specific wedding arrangements will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking.
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control including:

Other unforeseen events
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
Subject to applicable law, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the value of the booking.

Consequential losses
Customers are encouraged to allow appropriate travel time for important appointments and flights.
